Discovery

B-Kiwi Accomodation is your friendly, local and New Zealand owned accommodation system search, for travellers of all ages looking for travel around Aotearoa in a long or short basis. They are looking to promote local tourism, bring traditional kiwi accomodation closer to travellers and encourage the use of local businesses.

Brief

Develop an app for users to be able to enter accommodation dates and number of guests and receive accommodations available accordingly with their search using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Array/Object approach.

Each accommodation would have their own full description, such as:

  • General information of the booking
  • Price for the total of nights
  • Grid of pictures
  • Amenities
  • Meal available at the selected accommodation
  • Modal displaying the value of each meal

Methods

Use of research, surveys, open questonaries and iterations to users in order to stablish the target audience, deliverables, persona, user joruney, low and high fidelity wireframes structure, prototypes and style tile.
